Proposal-Life in Rehearsal

Proposal – Life in Rehearsal The overview of the production is going to explore Life in Rehearsal. I am going to go to a dance school called Dragon Stage School. In the I want to film what to show what life is like in rehearsal. My production would be presented as an observational documentary and the genre could be educational and has a reality to it too. The main target audience would be young people that are interested into drama and dance. Also, it could be parents of the children to see if they want their child doing dance/drama. I will only have to travel to one location in the car because there is no public transport that goes there to the location. I will need three young people to be part of the production by interviewing them. Also, followed by other performers that wants to be in the documentary. I have partnered up with one of my class mates, Eleanor. I am going to do the camera work and she is going to interview the young people in the school. The equipment I would need for the production is a camera, tri-pod, recording device, SD card for recording device, shout gun microphone, microphone clip, X-RL-XLR cable x2, micro-stand boom stand and a dead cat. These equipment would be funded by the college. The props I would need for the interview is a chair for the person to sit on while interviewing which the company have already got. The budget for this production is free.
